Hotel S:t Clemens is a genuine small hotel in Visby with 30 rooms in five old houses. The hotel is owned and operated by Menette and Calle. The hotel has received several awards, both for its solid environmental work and for having Sweden's most satisfied guests.

We are looking for a receptionist at 75% from mid-May to mid-August 2025.

The reception is the heart of the hotel, and we are looking for someone who enjoys providing care and service. This applies to guests, colleagues, and the environment.

In addition to traditional reception duties such as check-in and check-out, bookings, tourist information, and of course guest care, everyone working at the hotel shares the practical tasks that exist. We park guests' cars, clean, set up breakfast and snacks, and take care of the gardens and the S:t Clemens church ruin.

As a receptionist, you will also be the team leader for the day's workgroup at the hotel.

The reception is staffed between 6 AM and 9 PM, divided into a morning and an afternoon shift. During the night, you will take the on-call phone home with you. You will work every other weekend. We are a member of Visita and have a collective agreement.

To work with us in the reception, you should:

· have a B driver's license

· be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

· have good knowledge of English

You should also:

· enjoy working both in a team and independently

· be outgoing and have a sense of service

· be confident in yourself and flexible in new situations

· be structured and present

· be proactive and hardworking

· be unpretentious and solution-oriented

· be meticulous and quick to learn new computer systems

· be clear in communication with guests and colleagues
